Possible unbalance in sound on E186 loco
Thanks @Stele for posting an example file, and yes the sound is there. However: There are two sounds there, so hope we can isolate the EXACT one: one is ok, and has pitch about G5 other one is around B6 (sixth octave on a piano) and is a very high sinus tone if this is called PSM I do not know I personally think this higher pitched one need to have lower volume even on lower volume it will still be audible because of the high pitch, so I do not think realism will be affected Also just tried another Traxx just now, and maybe I am imagining things, but I feel that this high pitch sinus tone is more loud the more sound the loco is making. Trying to attach a short video, which maybe also helps show this high pitch tone coming from the engine room. 2026-07-16_Traxx sound.zip -

Connection issues - Connection lost for an unknown reason on most multiplayer servers
Whoa, solved for me. Yes, I forbid IPV6 traffic and blocked port 7680 for outbound connections. This port is used by Windows Update Delivery Optimization (P2P) so I turned it off too. Apparently, my ISP saw aggressive P2P connections on this port and flagged me for "spamming" traffic, firewall actively choked bandwidth and began dropping network connections entirely to protect itself. Interesting, that it caused troubles always and only in SimRail. -

Brak patchy może być związane z polityką Microsoftu: Zacytowane z wyników google AI: Zarządzanie bezpieczeństwem i integralność: Microsoft musi weryfikować każde oprogramowanie. Aby zapobiec lukom w zabezpieczeniach czy instalacji złośliwego oprogramowania, binaria muszą pochodzić ze sprawdzonego źródła i posiadać odpowiednie podpisy cyfrowe. Zgodność z architekturą: Nowe patche, łatki lub funkcje muszą pasować do długoterminowej strategii, architektury i planów rozwoju konkretnego produktu. Microsoft odrzuca poprawki, które kłócą się z ich wewnętrznym kierunkiem rozwoju. Raczej ciężko ażeby MS zatwierdził jakiś niedziałający, guano system zapisów gry. Do tego w jakichś wersjach alpha. -

Pieniądze wzięli i mają głęboko w poważaniu ogolonych "frajerów" konsolowych. Ot, nie dorabiajcie ideologii do tego, że niby małe studio.
