Can't turn on the Radio

If I start any Scenario with the Ty2 and pick the cold start I am unable to activate the Radio.

Have you checked the radio equipment in the overhead cabinet? Normally set rafio splitter to cab A but if that does not work, try cab B instead, sonetimes the game does weird stuff with the A / B cabin and they get swiched around.
