  1. Well, the timer is works really good to me as we don't have the real timetables of the trains yet, in fact, if you arrive with delay, the departure is inmediately as soon as passengers operations end. I would leave for the time being the timer.
  2. If someone comes to mess things up on purpose, I see no reason to give any 2nd chances... Then again maybe a first ban for X days/weeks/month, 2nd ban for months, 3rd ban perma ban... For example.
  3. Maybe then a graph showing how you drove the train but then again, if you keep applying brake in full force/releasing/full force... It will end in a bad experience for passengers, so I don't really see the need of a passenger confort indicator.
  4. The only pain in the ass is the R52 at Sosnowiec, if we somehow get AI commands from dispatcher to train, this shouldn't be a nuisance anymore, but people should pay also more attention to what they're actually doing.
  5. Yes it does, I was trying to shunt someone into a yard with no success. 😂
  6. The refurbished version of the EN57 looks like a washing machine. 😂It reminds me of our 448 nicknamed "lavadoras" or "washing machines".
  7. Let's hope it stays like this for a long time, it's was a lifesaver today when I had to send a friend into Dadrowa Gornizca yard as the AI sent him on the wrong track.
  8. True, if I was a dispatcher, I would probably send a commuter train or a regional train behind a freight train (depending on the line an how close the stations are). If the distance is quite long between stations, then regional 1st, freight second and commuter third.
  9. Thought it was an external sound, thanks for writing this. 😂
  10. I've really missed a section from quite the time now in the train selected that actually tells me from where to where is it going, in which direction, cause the trains that I've selected passed all of them Lazy stn. 😂 I prefer busier sections with more traffic rather than just driving with no one to encounter, for example, my favourite section is from Katowice to Zawircie as it's a really busy section. Wouldn't it be possible to add to the dynamic map where these trains are in real time?
  11. I believe it's mostly due to the lack of infrastructure knowledge, which tracks are going to which destination and the sending those trains to those destinations, I have no problems at all with the interlockings, but Lazy Lc is another world. I still need to check from time to time the diagram of this station.
  12. Maybe some .pdf documents on another monitor/tablet/telephone.
  13. Holy wonkers if that's true. At least in Spain with any of the existing safety systems be it: ASFA, ATP or FAP, if you go over a signal showing danger, the system will stop the train after or before the signal (depending on the system).
  14. You're confusing systems. The one you said is the deadman's switch, I'm talking about bypassing the signal safety system, in case of Poland the SPT, England AWS and Spain ASFA. If you pass a red signal, the system when going through it, will detect it and will apply the emergency brake.
  15. In real life the locomotive would've continued unless you stop it, but the pantograph would've "flipped" open 180º.
  16. What if it doesn't open? I know about several cases where you need to disconnect the safety system to pass through the signal because it doesn't open (f.e: in case of an artificial occupation of a track, due to weather conditions), dispatcher will move the points towards your destination but it won't be able to create a route through the system.
  17. So far in Katowice Zawodzie: - I've forced the AI to accept oncoming trains on all tracks towards Katowice, AI responds by accepting all of them and the change of the interlocking direction. - When sending a train from Katowice (AI), it will ask to reverse track nº3 (I still don't know why it has preference for this particular track). 😅 - When telling Katowice to use other track rather than track nº3, it will confirm the message sent but after a time, it will tell you that the train is cancelled. Despite being "cancelled", train still will be sent. So despite some minor things, I had a very good flow of trains with Katowice remaining to test still some degraded situations with other players/AI.
  18. Hmmm, I mean whilst being INSIDE the cab, not turn the system off for always. Let's say a signal doesn't open to a permissive aspect, you still need to go through it. The thing is even if the dispatcher tells you're okay to go through it, the game will teleport you back to that signal.
  19. About the safety systems I was wondering, can you deactivate them in game? Or how can you pass in the game a signal showing a danger aspect in case of a failure?
  20. As soon as I can, I will test the AI with degraded situations as it seems that it doesn't really like those kind of things. 😅
  21. While I honestly don't like the idea of barging in other's cab, the message below I think is a good idea. I tried rescuing another train, but we can't couple/decouple at the moment, so yeah....
  22. Dejá vù intensifies
  23. I didn't realise that info was there too! 😂 Well, I usually dispatch more rather than drive. 😅
  24. I've never had issues with servers rather than the restart of those and the glitchy AI... 🤷‍♀️
  25. https://semaforek.kolej.org.pl/wiki/index.php/Katowice_Zawodzie https://www.simrail.fr/ I've been using these sites, 1st to know what I have and the layout of the station where I'm "working" in and then the 2nd one to locate myself geographically. The main problem as I said in my firsts posts is mainly the lack of knowledge of the line, geographical location and where/what are my side stations, at first I got confused as some villages have 2 stations but when I searched for the line info and visited those places using a map application and it all became clear... More or less. Then it came to signalling, but some of the signal aspects we already had in Spain and it wasn't really that difficult, also in Spain we have electric-manual interlockings so the only problem was the language.
