No we're currently in play test IKB. Early access is different and means you pay for the game and get the additional mileage of route and the extra trains. The devs will continue to develop the game while in early access to refine it. At least there's some transparency here - DTG as far as I am concerned, has TSW in early access indefinitely even if it's not labelled as such lol. We pay to test and give feedback and then they might even fix bugs if we're lucky. We do need to know what SP will offer though, as there is no mention of it.

After a full length drive from Katowice-Opoczno I was 1,67 km outside Opoczno stuck at a red signal. Ahead were around 3 stalled AI trains. Server EN1 - 04.01.2023 from 22:45-2308 (when server was reset) I also noticed a crossing with barriers 6km before Opoczno which had barriers down, but cars still crossing through them. I posted something similar in the bugs section but that hasn't been approved. The Łazy dispatch seems to forget your a passenger train and puts you on the towary tracks. At least Zawiercie has a bit more sense sometimes, and puts you back on your rightful track.

As a dispatcher at Łc I routed a S41 train (40672) from track 1 to track 4 - It was late and I wanted a Pendolino to get past on track 1. I believe this occurs in real life with the S trains. The AI dispatcher at Łb and Ła let 40672 run all the way up to Zawiercie through the 40kmh Towary track - only rejoining the normal track at signal Zw_O4. instead of using the crossover at the platform at Łazy. Perhaps the AI should have a rule at Łazy platform to put passenger trains back onto the fast tracks and only freight trains via the slow tracks. SimRail_log_2023-01-01_12-24-14.txt

I accidently found you can hide the scores on the HUD by with F6 F3, if that helps Gaz. Edit: F3 hides score, and cab control tooltips

What is the differences between ZEW (Dispatchers) 1, 2 and 3 ?

I've not heard any ZEW tones over a broadcast. Does it do anything yet? -
Ha, yep, I don't usually like to push for info - but the steam page actually lists what routes are destined for full release, I just wondered if we were still on track for that? And how signal posts will work if they all end up being AI op for the rest of the route up to Warsaw.

Interesting that the train captain/conductor on SP tells you on the radio when ready to start, but not on MP.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I'm still not sure what map extensions will be ready on 13/1/23? Also are we likely to see dispatch posts at KO, DGZ & ŁA? (I know you mention ŁB & ZW are being worked on) What about the posts on sections of the route we haven't seen yet? TIA

I'd echo this request. It's one thing that TSWs hud does well. I want to see how far things are away, but not the signal aspect until I see the lineside signal. At the moment I'm putting a blob of blutack on my screen to cover it up lol. The diesel railcar sim does it a little differently . It tells you how far away the signal is but doesn't show what aspect it is until you're closer.

I reported same bug which happened on EN1 last night, the post hasn't been approved yet. I picked up 14145 EIC running on time at WP. Approaching GW on track 1 I received a yellow aspect SBL2035, followed by green aspect GW B. I then noticed the following signal GW N was RED, it stayed like this. I did try to drive through signal N but was blocked from doing that so I then decided to hop into the Gw dispatch station to see what was happening. When I did this, I saw the AI driver take my train 14145 speed through the red signal up to 125kmh straight away.

Lazy wouldn't know what to do with that train so probably why they don't accept. I think it was wrong routed by the dispatch at Sosno G and shouldn't have got to you. -

You can also do a partial search. In your example enter '245' and you'll get a list of all the 245xxx trains for the day. The one nearest your current time is the one you need 🙂 -

Maybe advanced commands could be done by moderators until the game gets going. Then open them up to players with higher amount of points. They need to have points given/deducted for dispatch role first though to prove who is worthy of this godly power. -

So, 1. Make sure if wrong routing is present the train stops immediately at the first wrong signal and tell the live dispatcher the route is wrong and to correct it. 2. Allow dispatchers to give instructions to reverse, go forward slowly or stop to get them out of any mess. Or make the AI drivers a lot more intelligent so they can reverse if a dispatcher clears the route behind them. -

I keep banging the same drum. The game needs to tell the dispatcher and the driver at the point a train is routed wrongly, before it gets anywhere near causing an off path issue. The same when people send trains via the shunting signals the wrong way, causing a conflict which is irreversible even by humans because AI cannot reverse back. -
Bot trains sounding horn at the W6 signs

I learned today Sean 1. The triangular signs which are either blank or have a car in them, are whistle boards. 2. You only sound the horn at the 'doubled up' signs with cars on them. 3. Blank triangular signs are places you must sound the horn for various other reasons. Previously Polish rules said to sound the horn at all signs with cars but now just the doubled up car ones. Single car signs are protected by a gate, barrier or crossing lights. So tldr Blow horn at triangular 'double car' signs and the blank signs. 😅 -
I'm a weird one too. Gaz you have just described exactly how I feel. Incredibly happy with what I've seen so far; the simulation, signalling, scenery, sounds and the response from the devs, who even help out when folks get stuck quite late at night too in some cases. Bring it on chaps.. bring it on.
