Conductors?

In the single player game, when driving a passenger train, you get a dispatch order from a conductor via the radio, as is the case in real-world operations in Poland. However, this is not implemented in multiplayer and you have to decide yourself when to leave (e.g. did everyone who wanted to board did so?). Are there any plans to change that?

Well, if the departure is at 12:15 and they are not on board, they stay on the ground. That's how it is in Spain 🤣🤣
But... to make switching, is good to have a conductor/assistant.

Haha. But there are times when I'm late and the game timer only gives 15-20 seconds stop for me, before I'm supposedly ready to depart. But this is not enough for people to move down the platform and board the train, hence I have to check it manually. In real life, this is conductor's job - he ensures people have boarded, closes the door and gives a signal to dispatch the train. I'd love to see this simulated (as it is in single player). Perhaps even make the conductor a playable character?

I really miss mirrors, so i can see down the side of the train, or in some cases cameras. Like the traxx has button for it but it does not work.

i drive the EU07 / EP08's all the time, and handilly on them pressing number 4 key is a view back down the train as if you were looking out the side windows of the cab.... press 4 again to look down the other side of the train, 

i do this all the time just before i'm about to leave a station,  as for the people slowly walking towards the train, tough, the departure time is displayed on the station displays, and the trains been announced over the speakers, 

Again, in the EU07 / EP08 loco's, pressing the key for any of the door actions (i.e. the ones that open or close the doors on the elf and pendo's) results in any passengers who were going to board the train to change their walking path and walk away.

This is supposed to be a simulator and that's simply not how it works in the real life 😉

well, way i see it i'm doing the guards job and locking the doors, so the passengers see the lights go out on the door open buttons and think 'aww shite, i should have got on the first carriage instead of walking halfway along the train' then they walk away.

Tho i guess in reality people would be pressing the door open button even as the trains pulling out of the station.
