ČD 163 - Labels in the engine room

The August 13th update added labels to the engine room devices of locomotive ČD 163. Why can't I see them?

These are not labels. "Des traductions" - these are translations. 
Although I think it's about tooltips. Text tooltips, that appear when you hover your mouse over a lever, switch, etc. They weren't there before.

As you correctly stated, they aren't labels but rather pop-up text that appears when the mouse cursor hovers over those devices. The problem was that I couldn't see them, but thanks to the image you attached, I've been able to locate them. Once again... thank you!
