Cargo scenario from Łazy to Katowice, including shunting and full Ty2 support

I just tried the scenario on the New Sp branch and it ran fine without any problems. The addition of the suspension makes for a nice effect.

Patch 1.3

Changelog:
- Some small bugfixes;
- Improved diversity in spawned bot trains (that are not part of the summer 2024 multiplayer schedule);
- Improved the library for spawning random trains;
- Made some preparations for the new ČD 163 DLC and upcoming EMU update;
- Bot train 37130 has gotten its schedule.

It is recommended to use this or following versions on the next branches of the game, or when this comes out, the 25-01-2026 update. Please let me know, if find a bug or have any suggestion for improvements to this or future scenario's! If possible, please provide a savegame and log for investigation by me.

I am planning to include the Skoda 163 soon after it is released, both as a driveable locomotive and as bot trains.
