TrainSpotter Scenario

While waiting for new scenarios to be released, I have one scenario left to finish: TrainSpotter. I've started it several times, watched numerous trains go by, and spent many minutes walking along the tracks and viaducts without knowing exactly what to do to complete it. How do I finish this scenario? Thank you for your time.

This scenario is the only one not possible to finish. The main purpose of it is watching trains passing by or making some good screenshots.
