Hello,

I have been trying to do the cargo scenario from Kraków but have no idea how to set the two units correctly. They both draw power at least but when I am asked to hit the vigilance button, only the 1st unit clears it I think. Does anyone have a clue what to do about it?

Slave: pantographs down, converter and compresor off, no cabin actve, reverser neutral, main controller 0, shunting 0, main brake cutoff/disabled, only battery on.

Master: you start locomotive the same way like single.

Following this gives current in both vehicles but i can't get the train moving. As i move the power controller into 1, 2 and 3 step current is being put through properly - but it sounds like brakes are engaged and the train is not moving. However, no brakes are engaged in any of the locos. Brake hoses are connected properly. No local or manual brake engaged anywhere. Any ideas?

Had the same problem, as the loco brakes are all off default, when I released the handbrake of the slave engine, I could accelerate much better !!

Just had a similar issue with the EP08 n one of the Lodz Junction passenger run round scenarios. Followed the procedure as described elsewhere but when I set the other cab off and started to move had an immediate train brake application. Eventually after a bit of to and fro between the two cabs I discovered the loco brake applied fully in the B cab. Once I released that then hit the releaser button, the brakes came off.

However it would be nice to have a cab "instant" shut down and set up command for those of us who are in a hurry and don't want to do the "expert" mode.

Oh and word to the wise, don't save the game and come off while doing the run round. I did that and on reloading the save, the consist had disappeared!
