  1. I get the point you're making with the shunting, however that is all handled by the signalboxes at KWK Staszic itself, not by any of these suggested signalboxes, so wether we do or do not have shunting doesn't change anything for these signalboxes operationally speaking.
  2. I mean, that would be a reason to add them wouldn't it? We only have 1 level 1 signalbox currently, so we could do with some more low level boxes (not sure what level these would be but I'd think lvl 1 - 2, at a stretch maybe 3 as they are both junctions) Katowice Janow is the next signalbox on this line that we have in game, also electronic interlocking (would most likely be domino), and it would for sure be a lvl 1, yes it would be a bit boring to some, but for learning dispatching it's a perfect place to start learning. Even for more experianced players these 3 boxes could be a nice place to just hang out, chat, and watch trains go past. As for them having little traffic, some trains to / from Panewnik / Katowice Ligota could be added to make them busier and the operations more varied, LK 171 and LK657 still have a lot of capacity unused afterall. Yes there are other signalboxes that would also be nice to have, but isn't the end goal to eventually have all signalboxes on the map playable?
  3. Picture explains it all I think, actually found this bug a while back but don't think I ever reported it XD. I noticed the text reflecting on the train itself (1st picture), and when taking a closer look with the flashlight on, the corona appeared with the same text in it (2nd picture)
  4. When exiting Grodzisk Mazowiecki at signal P1 using crossover switches 63 & 66, the speed limit is raised too early. The route over the switches is 100km/h, however as soon as the front of the train passes signal P1 the speedlimit is raised to Vmax (140km/h in the example below) even though the rear of the train is still on the 100km/h switch. Route tested in example: Signal M2 shows 100km/h as expected: As soon as front of the train passes Signal P1 the speedlimit is raised to 140km/h, whilst the rear of the train is still on the 100km/h switches, one would expect the speedlimit to still be 100km/h here until the rear of the train is clear of the switch:
  5. I'm confused, why does it then list how much energy was recovered on the trip summary screen if it's all converted to heat in the resistors?
  6. I was just driving 142065 with locomotive 186 134 on INT1, when I noticed that when the ED brake is active no amps are shown on the amp meter in the locomotive, whilst they are displayed on the HUD
  7. Decided to go for an early moring drive on INT1 today, though I must admit I expected it to be al little darker outside at 05:00 in March
  8. This is what it says on the steam store page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3583200/SimRail__The_Railway_Simulator_d__Warsaw/
  9. I believe it will integrate into the current route, extending from Grodzisk Mazowiecki. And I'm expecting it to be an addition to the map off the current servers. Price wise, I'm guessing around €20,- to €25,- though even if it was €30,- - €40,- it would still be better value for money with 100km of new lines then the Cardiff (or most other TSW) DLC
  10. On the Dragon2 when I use the "Turn off wipers" keybind, the switch goes to the left most postition which is for intermediate wiping not OFF.
  11. I was playing around in the external camera whilst driving, when I notices that in the higher-speed curves the overhead wires are running along the outer part of the Pantograph, instead of (near) the middle. I think this is due to the superelivation not being taken into account for the OHLE position, as they appear to be straight above the spline of the track (with some offset left and right for the zig-zag effect to even out the wear) I know it is only a minor detail, and I don't know how easy it is to adjust across the whole map (wether it's just editing the function that creates the OHLE or if it needs to all be changed manually) but I hope it can be rectified sometime in the future.
  12. I mean, isn't this the timetable? I know there are the paper ones, but this is basically the timetable in the HUD.
  13. With the LCS posts drivers can see in the HUD if there is a player controlling the remote post in the HUD. Perhaps the same thing can be done for R52 as trains to / from LK 62 via LK660 don't go via the main post and therefore can't see if there is a player controlling the signalbox or a bot.

  16. Whilst driving a 4640xx train, I noticed a 10 minute stop at DZ GTB in the HUD timetable, but even though there were other trains that needed to go ahead of me the Player on DZ signal box at the time send me straight through. Finding this strange I looked at the EDR and noticed that: A). this 10 minute stop wasn't marked as a PT in the EDR and B). the stop is timetabled for GTB, and thus is not visible on the DZ signal box EDR which only shows the EDR for the DZA and DZB signal boxes, not GTB. So the only way a dispatcher can know about the stop is by looking at the train route tab and comparing the Arrival and Departure times themselves. Since most dispatchers don't do this for every train that passes by, or knows the timetable for every train from front to back. As a result most players skip this PT stop as they simply don't know about it, and assume the train is just early when it's running -10 past DZB signal box. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1256236499574456360/1342826869141274665/D411E76AF7FEB88233857CC4AF3110F82B03D035.png?ex=67bb0c7a&is=67b9bafa&hm=18c5109292e41459fda8c228d375f82cca5cb8f65b368749a51150938d5eb6be&https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1256236499574456360/1342826505709031444/image.png?ex=67bb0c23&is=67b9baa3&hm=154e7bb8e8da4133188bd3e29e22d62b7755d7c889064ada32fa8cd176d3bc6b&
  17. On the EU07 the sunvisors are not visible when viewed through a window, with the side window open you can see the sunvisor through the open window, but not through the glass either.
  18. Yesterday (24-12-2024) drove the full length of train 54033 on EN1 server, without using the bot at all, but did not get the "Taste of coal" achivement. Looking at the graph (1st and 2nd picture) I notived I noticed I did not get any points for passing Strzalki, at first I thought it was because I skipped the PT stop, but after testing it earlier today on train 54029 also on EN1, I noticed the graph also didn't mention a stop for Strzalki. (3rd picture, the stop was at Strzalki, and I passed at least 1 ABS signal after leaving Strzalki before leaving the train)
  19. On the Zw panel some sections don't light up when a route is set on them
  20. why is this in general discussion? It was supposed to be in Bug reporting MP... oopsie, could someone move this thx
  21. In the API (https://panel.simrail.eu:8084/stations-open?serverCode=en1) some of the dispatch posts have incorrect prefixes listed, as I've started displaying them on the livemap I use it's a bit annoying not having the right ones in the API The ones that I found to be incorrect are: Będzin, should be: "Bn" , currently is: "B" Sosnowiec Południowy, should be: "SPł" , currently is: "Spł1" Opoczno Południe, should be: "OP" , currently is: "Op" Łazy, should be: "ŁB", currently is: "LB" Sławków, should be: "Sł" , currently is: "Sl" Starzyny, should be: "St" , currently is: "Str" Kraków Batowice, should be: "KBt" , currently is "BT" (I'm not from poland, all data is from: https://www.atlaskolejowy.net/ and https://www.openrailwaymap.org/) thanks in advance for correcting this
  22. If you change the lights in the SG signal box (on/dimmed/off) the lights in the Spl signalbox also change to that setting and vice versa. Guess they installed some of those fancy wireless light switches
  23. Not sure if it's a bug or just designed this way, but the IT2925a and it2924a indicators do not turn red when a train passes them. In both pictures there is only 1 train on the line between Slomniki and Niedzwiedz, but the IT2925a/it2924a stay red during the whole transition from Slomniki to Niedzwiedz or vice versa. If this isn't a bug, could someone then please explain what the function of these indicators is?
  24. At Krakow Batowice switches 6 and 8 have manual switch levers that have to be moved at the switch, yet they can still be controlled remotely from the signalbox. (must be magic switches ) Location switch 6: S: tunel_krakow_terrain_x116_z-29, P: (59588.88, 237.69, -14612.83), R: (25.79, 80.50, 0.00) Location switch 8: S: tunel_krakow_terrain_x116_z-29, P: (59518.50, 237.75, -14615.09), R: (16.64, 85.75, 0.00)
