I agree with everything. I would welcome being able to put a second person on the locomotive. He would logically have to join as an observer. Occasionally there is a pest and this could be solved by allowing only the owner to open the locomotive door. Plus I could use this person for the aforementioned train stacking.

Sometimes it happens that the wagons are propelled out of nowhere. This happens during acceleration. It happens once or twice during the 1:44h scenario.

Thinking about implementing the Tobii eye tracker into the game? Personally, I don't understand why so few simulators use this technology. Do you ever plan to do this or will you abandon it? (Dovetail said what for since we already support Track IR ... )

Wrong section and I don't know how to delete it .. I wanted to throw it in the bugreport.

It's pretty much visible. As the track segments build on each other, it takes a while for the shadow to load. (A small wish ... could the shadows be rendered at a greater distance and the vegetation?)

The window on the Traxx is horribly designed.. I'd rather lean out the door.

The recording is from a single, but it happens to me in MP too. I know it's been addressed here before, but it's been a while and several updates and I still get graphical glitches. It gets a little better when I turn on vsyng. Or is there no need to clear the shaders? It's not as noticeable in FullHd, but this is how the game runs in 4K.

The buildings are pretty ugly, let's face it. The profession of the engineer includes shunt and training of newcomers (second player in the cab). Already a dispatcher is an extra thing, from what you say. A simulator is an alternative life (SIMULATION). I'll end the debate there and settle your thoughts please.
-
Opinions on the SUBJECT and if you don't like it, you have to suggest a better solution. Everything said here is commonly done in reality ... so what is not a simulation in your opinion? Most people here want a complex game with a large variety of gameplay and options.
-
It's a train simulator and comparisons with TSW are completely unavoidable. Just like comparing Euro truck simulator to Snowrunner. Doing a shunt could be done at larger stations where as Lazy Lc where it would be a lot of work. It's important to think these features through and not just casually implement them. I've been playing TSW for a long time and I'm getting annoyed with its laziness that everything doesn't work. These guys have proven it can be done. We have a working MP, so why not use it properly. Shunt, helper's and TSW will never have MP. SimRail will already be far better when released with all the features.

Exactly.. these ¨writers¨ only spam threads without constructive criticism.

Can you tell me why shunt is not a simulator ... ? Why is it not a simulator to go with someone in the cab and be either a helper or an instructor if they don't know how to operate the locomotive? Your arguments are all over the place. Points are a reflection of how you drive... The gold medal is like a real-life bonus on your paycheck (I don't want to address points here). You're trying to make MP an asocial game. Why shouldn't I be able to work with someone as is commonly done on tracks in REALITY.
-
Well, I strongly disagree. If there was a shunt in the game in MP, they could have a second person help me uncouple and plug in the wagons. I'd love to get a ride as a cab helper sometime. These improvements make the game better than just staring dumbly in the cab. It's a GAME..why do some try to make it not fun. These things are called quality of life and the more the game has the better it is.
-
I haven't come across it at all.
-
So much money for such shoddy quality.

Now I was thinking that in the player's profile you could write reputation (In MP you press TAB and click on a specific player). In addition to building things, there would be a scale from red(aggressive) to green(prescriptive) .This would include overall driving. Negative influences would have more emphasis to make the person try harder to improve. Obviously points are needed to give it something to build that reputation from. If someone didn't want this system, they could just turn it off like they do with the seizure system. And for that braking 3,8 bar yes, but the modern multipleunite brakes with an electric motor like the EN76 (my guess, I'm a layman excuse me). I guess a G indicator is appropriate here.

I agree, I'd like to have the option to go scenario on skore or no score.
-
The game does have a scoring system and point's you for pretty much everything. 1. HUD goes off 2. If you turn off the HUD you don't even see the points. 3. It's not primarily about points, it's about not driving like a dumbass with passengers like in TSW ... full brake and it doesn't matter. You don't go with the Pendolino and give full brake at every station. Example: my friends and I ride the same scenario and try to get the best ride, time and score. Especially with passenger trains, it's a great challenge when you still have to think about the comfort of the passengers. What's arcadey about this? Considering the passengers is just another element to the simulation.
-
Just so you don't ride the passenger train like a pig. 😄 People in paint should be driven smoothly and sharp driving should be penalized. It's a simulator and it should be a sentence reality.
