ET-22 Weird heating overload relay trip by reducing power

On the ET-22 when driving at max power (both shunt max and full parallel) when you reduce shunt with shift+reduce shunt (fast run-down) from max power when the train heating is enabled the heating overload relay trips as you can see on the following video:

Can confirm, also happens on EU07/08.

After almost 8 months, this is still an issue on all tap changer locos

If you ask me, this is not a bug but realistic. If you run it down quickly the voltage shoots up and the relais trips, it is as simple as this as far as I know.

I would have thought the same if the bug report didn't get approved and such, if it were to be a feature it'd probably be classified as "duplicate or invalid" so, using that as our base we can deduce they themselves don't consider it a feature and it is in fact a bug.

Problem solved and should be fixed in nearest patch.
