Can't open the windows in the Dispatcher's Box

It would be a good idea to be able to open the windows in the Dispatcher Box.

With the windows open , we could hear the Station Announcements played on the platform near the box.

I've suggested that, and being able to stand out on the balcony of some of the boxes that actually have them, oh, and blinds for when the sun is washing out the panel (Bedzin is terrible in the afternoon)
