Katowice Zawodzie

Maybe a stupid question, but couldnt quite find the answer...

Controlling Zawodzie, you have 2 lines coming from Katowice main. Track 4 and track 2. Going to either signal P or signal O.

 

My question: How do you know (if possible at all), in advance, which signal/track the next train is going to be controlled to from Katowice?

I usually keep things 'as is', unless an early running freight is going to delay a following passenger, then I move that to line 3 if Katowice bound, or put over to a siding if Sosnowiec bound. No real right answer.

Katowice is AI at the moment, it doesn't really depend on which track you are going to send on, AI will anyway try to figure out best suitable route for certain train. Most of the time train starting from 42XXX arrive from the top, the rest might go by 1 or 2nd track.

Unfortunately, currently, you can’t know which train will arrive on which line from Katowice until it’s almost arrived. In reality, I assume this information would be in your working timetable.
