Night server downtime

Recommended Posts

Greetings.
I would like to know what is the reason for the nightly shutdown of some servers such as ES1 in which I play.
They are turned off for hours and more than one occasion cut us off the game with some players will be running.
It's just out of curiosity and if there is any specific pattern of shutdown.

So, as a player who lives in Spain I have to go play on a server in South America with 800 or 900 ms of ping. However ES2 is empty almost all day. Well great. Thank you. 🙄

Next week we will be analysing server utilisation and setting new opening hours. ES1 will be problably open 24/24

You should turn off the one that has more repeated servers, and less used, we have only the ES1 and ES2 is for the area of South America which has the highest ping, we only have a single server, to leave it off, there will be hours with more people and night hours with few people, but it is not a reason for us to turn it off, besides people from other countries also get in, not being able to enter the Spanish many times to play. We are the community that is always affected by this kind of things, unfortunately.

From my point of view it is frustrating that having only one Spanish ES1 server, late at night some weekends when we play the server shuts down and we have to go to another to play, I hope it is resolved soon and that the only Spanish server that we have this active to play sim rail 24/7

Not only this but also players from other countries do come to our servers and sometimes they mess up really good (I don't have nothing against people from other countries entering as I do play in foreign servers, but at least communicate in English/Spanish and or don't mess up!).

Some time ago a had 6 people from Poland in whilst being in a Spanish server, they even weren't bothering to communicate in English and I was hold for no reason...

If you already close the only server, which we Spanish-speakers use the most, it starts badly, for your part, apart from the fact that we already have to put up with it when users from different countries enter, and they do not speak at all when they are dispatchers, you would have to take into account the Spanish community, but what is achieved is that people stop playing because of these decision-making, because 95% of this game is online and if we already close ES1, well, we are going badly.
