ED250 Emergency brakes

I used emergency brakes on EIJ Train, but nothing appeared on my screen for th brakes ( yellow lines )

Also I do not know why my train is slowing.

Do you know why ?

Hello

 

Even with the emergency brakes ON.... my train is running.....!  the red button on bottom right corner. It's the same with the lever 

The speed is always 26km/h

 

I need to wait for IA to take the train, and after I can use Emergency brakes..it's works
