jmluengor Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 Thank you for your exciting work, SimRail team, which opens up a new concept to railway simulation. 3 1 38
-1PARA-AlexKall Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 I agree, the team has done a great job and I'm really looking forward to the early access, my finger is ready to click buy as soon as the buy button comes up! 2 7
BigVern Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 Agree, it was nice to get the opportunity to play test and offer some useful feedback. I didn't get quite as much done as I hoped, what with Covid over Christmas then being put off by the prospect of encountering gankers and griefers in MP but still a worthwhile exercise. Just wish we had been given a bit more to test in the SP game. Still, less than 24 hours now until the retail release. 1
Isambard Kingdom Brunel Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 Uninstall now then is it. How can we remove both Playtest and Prologue versions from our Steam library. As they are surely both redundant now. 1
tibo.matthijs Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 For the team it has most likely been hard, exhausting and no funs months/years. But what they brought us is amazing! Really happy with the game! Thanks indeed for the hard work and love everyone of the team put in into the game, just amazing!! 1
Jason35 Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 With 220hrs of play time, I can say that I really enjoyed this playtest. Spend a lot of time learning dispatching and found it very interesting even if it's very frustrating to not being able the station you want most of the time because there's not enough of them. Can't wait for the EA, the new trains, and hopefully many more dispatch stations opennings ! 1
pschlik Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 The playtest was certainly more than I expected, 50 km of dense busy route with 100 km more of the high-speed line-that's the kind of thing others would make you pay for! I think there's a good number of us who played the playtest enough to 'get our money's worth' out of the full release already 😅 29 minutes ago, Isambard Kingdom Brunel said: Uninstall now then is it. It's actually not too hard to outright remove something from your account but hiding it is even easier. Think you just need to right click on the game in your library to find that button. 1 3
Skully Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 Well that was it on the playtest. See you all tomorrow. 🚄

Mephrite Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 I'll write same as on Steam forum.. I'm impressed, how SimRail is introduced on market. So far I had experience with Train Simulator and Train Sim World(s), but I have mixed feelings about DTG and their bug fixing & DLC pricing policy. I never experienced multiplayer train sim, but on playtests it was great. And this write a person who hates multiplayer, and plays only singleplayer. 😉 I’m not a fan of early access or preorders (“remember, no preorders!”) but in this case probably I’ll make an exception. But please SimRail Team – don’t’ f**k this up… 😉

Be aware that this only works with free games and not with games you paid for! Edited January 12, 2023 by StolleJay 1
Aero1995 Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 Thanks everyone it was a pleasure! See you tomorrow. 😃
Urgentemente Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 Just to add my 2p worth, thanks SimRail team,I only joined the playtest late December but have thoroughly enjoyed the playtest time (spent most of my time dispatching !). Really only found out about it by a happy coincidence, having had 2 trips to Poland in 2022 (for some 'The Hardkiss' charity gigs..), they involved quite a few train journeys between various cities, so just before Xmas I was wondering "hmm...is there any Polish rail content available..." , only to find SimRail ! Will be buying once it goes live on Steam, no question. 1
Inkar Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 (edited) I will buy the game tomorrow unless the price is really stupid (and I don't think it will be). Edited January 12, 2023 by Inkar
lDestinyl Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 I'd also like to thank you for the hilarious train simulator. Especially for tuning the playtest together to a point where I'm all happy. I'm very glad you're listening to the community. Hopefully together we can create a great train simulator... we are well on our way. 3
