As routing a train to the wrong direction also happens in real life occasionally, although it shouldn't, I wouldn't appreciate a function like that mentioned by the thread starter. If yo did it the wrong way, you should fix it  by yourself. If we get a shunt function later in the game, this won't be so hard to do anymore. Uncoupling, driving around the train, going back to the last station before the train was sent wrong, driving around again and finally sending it to the right track. Of course it will take all your attention and will make busy stations even more busy, but wrongly routed trains won't disappear by themselves in real life. But sending a train to the wrong direction should ban the player from MP for at least 24h.

The only pain in the ass is the R52 at Sosnowiec, if we somehow get AI commands from dispatcher to train, this shouldn't be a nuisance anymore, but people should pay also more attention to what they're actually doing.

Yes they should, but it shoud be resolved in another update or two I would imagine.
