You need to confirm arrival of 2 trains: one arrived from the direction of entry signal "B", other one from signal "R". Arrow of linelock should be red with little green minus next to it. You need to click the arrow and use "Ko" operation. 

Read the ingame guides and check signalboxes on INT9 before trying out new stations. All stations layout could be find on https://wiki.simrail.eu
