Train brakes in Ty2 tutorial

These seem absurdly strong. I should not be able to stop a 1138t train in a few seconds.

I have recorded a video since it's easier to explain that way. My initial impression was that the brakes bring the train to a stop too quickly, but I'm not an expert on the topic and can't speak to its accuracy.
