Passenger Lighting in EN 76

Maybe it's me who is blind, but I can't find a switch to turn on the lights in the passenger cabin on the EN76. Even in the controls I programmed F11 to turn them on, however the cabin remains dark and I can't hear a noise of something switching. So how do I turn those lights on?
