ETCS impossible gradient

Was driving 1943 in INT5 today and after stopping at Koluszki (stopped in front of Signal J) got cleared to Koluszki PZS R145 via normal track (Sginal O) and an impossibly high gradient (16,8%) appeared on the DMI.
