ČD 163: Coast mode in Cruise Control

Coasting means driving with engines not working - the train moves only by means of its kinetic energy. In this mode the locomotive do not apply power to increase or maintain speed, however it may use dynamic braking for slowing down. It is used for coasting or braking manually.
