INT1 Dlubnia not accepting Outbound Request

On Raciborowice Dispatch, Request Outbound Line Block Direction is never being accepted by Dlubnia, although the only trains in the Area are trains waiting to Pass through Raciborowice. Tried Outbound Request with Dlubnia 6 to 8 times, but request just times out. There are  2 Request Outbound Line Block Direction buttons Poz 1D and Wbl 1D and both have been tried several times but request just times out.

You need to ask the AI for clear path because it is single track line. AI will never accept Wbl on single track without asking first. Poz button is only for accepting the direction towards your station.
