[OTHER] ETCS Swedish translation, already on github needs to be updated ingame

Hello, I have edited the translations for the ETCS on the github but it was never added to the game, I heard here that simrail uses its own locale system, which I am aware of. The problem is I can't find the ETCS anywhere in the files except for the "compiled" text files which are the ones made from the files I changed on the github. I would like to get some advice on what I have to edit or say or do to get my translations in the game as the current ETCS Swedish translation is awful.

Did you include weird or vagie translations? The real life ertms translations are famous for bring very bad.
