Dispatcher Bug after Update

At Lazy lc why does Lazy AI dispatcher keep asking if track  3 is clear, why doesn’t it just request line lock like it does on track 7 without asking(which works fine)?  would save a lot of unnecessary messages going back and forward.

Today, while playing Dąbrowa Górnicza, the dispatcher in Ząbkowice kept offering me the delayed LTE 242227 on the left track and cancelling it a few seconds later even when I accepted it. Then after the next train came through normally, DGZ sent me LTE 242227 without notification.
