Live dispatcher sending trains wrong way : The game needs to block them doing this

If a live player signals a train the wrong way, and the train takes that route it will stop at the exit point of the post and never move again - causing massive log jams. We really need the game to stop wrong routing with a message saying "Train **** has been routed the wrong way - please correct the route" or such like.

Here is an example. I looked at SG at 10.34 today. The highlighted train 42108 was sat at the exit point towards Bedzin. This train should have been routed from KZ to SP via LK660. The train was timed to go through LK660 at 04.35 and had been there for 6 hours. The whole area from KZ to B was grid locked.

Since the online map was released it's become very clear the traffic jams at DGz and La are actually caused by live dispatchers down at Sg sending Sp trains up line 1 in error.  Another example;  42918 continued off path then died here:

And don't these problems arise somewhere else? Yes, the problems are in the operator, but it hasn't been written anywhere properly. How to operate the stations. I have not found anywhere, for example, a description of the dispatcher's PC and the dispatcher's timetable. etc.

Honestly, in real life, the dispatcher can also misdispatch a train by his mistake. So isn't this already a way around the problem?

Wouldn't it be better to modify the train table for the dispatcher to currently see at which signal the train is standing at, and add there which signal it should e.g. go to ? ?

I believe it is caused by fact that some live dispatchers do not know that SG has two posts in drop list on the timetable screen. At the beginning I was confused with it either until finding out this feature.

Dispatchers can always make mistakes and this is what makes for extra challenges.

I would love to see it possible to see a wrongly routed train having to do a run-around or go out of service until the return needs to be formed. As in real life, it can happen and a solution needs to be found.

Maybe multi-route posts should be reserved for higher level dispatchers (assuming XP scoring works)?

human dispatcher on the server but no reponse and jammed up signal block... if these players are going AFK, and the bots that take over them are unable to handle a few late trains, then why aren't these players being kicked after being AFK for so long? Would like another human dispatcher to come onto the server to help fix this but whoever is there now isn't communicating at all... There needs to be 2 minute AFK warning, 5 minute KICK.20221221145604_1.thumb.jpg.50d71d21397c6735dc72b37e0638af5d.jpg
