Tooltips over indicators

You know how if you hover the mouse over a switch, you get a nice toltip telling you what thw switch is? I'd like to see the same thing over indicators and warning lights. Sometimes the lights have no labels, sometimes they have them but in Polish. Quite often a light comes on and I have no idea what it is...
