Rain SFX without rain

I was driving a Pendolino Service 1329 on EN-1 and after passing through a rainy area in Warsaw the SFX for the rain didn't stop running. As you can see in the following video, the rain sound is still going even though there's no rain and when it last rained in my game it was HOURS ago.
