AI Train wouldn't depart from a station

I do not know if a player messed with the train and the AI wasn't able to "recover" of if the AI itself made this mistake, but as I was dispatching I noticed that this train was stuck, so decided to go back to the menu and try to drive it myself to see if there was anything wrong, and everything was fine, but it was delayed, and the AI wouldn't depart from the station.

As I disconnected the Autopilot and drove away myself the message "You Passed Your Braking Point" followed by "Missed Stop" appeared on my UI. I then relinquished control of the train back to AI, and went back to dispatching, and everything else seemingly went fine.

It has missed earlier stop at Gołonóg in timetable. Hard to tell if player did it and abandoned train later on.
