Hidden HUD glitch (F3 HUD stop marker)

Hi
When driving with hidden driver hints, F3 HUD, the "you can stop now" will glitch for a micro second during entry to platform stopping area.

I get it at every server I try/train/time of day.

issue happens at ~9 seconds.
