I am connecting to all servers except EN1. I cannot connect to EN1. EN1 connects when I use VPN but the ms is too high. When I use my phone as a modem and connect to the internet, there is no problem. . I cannot connect to EN1 from my normal internet connection. What's wrong with EN1?

How is EN1 different from other servers?
