ETCS L2 soft-lock if selecting it outside of ETCS area

If you select ETCS L2 out-side of ETCS L2 area you might get an infinite loading screen like on the image below, normally this happens on the 2nd try, on the 1st try sometimes you can't even acknowladge SR albeit you press it (happens on both Dragon 2 and Pendolino)
