Hello Everybody,

I played several hours in the game on the main line, and I observed, that the timetable is always the same in ever 2 hours. (I'm not talking about the timetable of the passanger trains, that's obvious.)

There are 2 odd non-passanger trains in every second hour in the same (odd) direction [1320xx and 1460xx] on the CMK line. It would be nice, if there were also freight trains in the other direction and not only in every 2 hour in the exact same minute.

I think it would improve much the experience, the game couldn't be repetative after some time, because it alters in every 1 or 2 hour. What do you think about that?

Regards,

Kristóf

Timetable on CMK right now is very, very tight. Every delayed train delay more and more other trains, which causing more and more troubles. There are currently no space for them. Also there is one cargo train to Idzikowice, but these trains are currently disabled. The second problem is speed difference. 160-200 km/h trains vs 100 km/h trains isn't good combination for any planing, and when you are start calculating lenght between stations and driving time, it's more and more complicated.

I really loved driving this train. I think it was something like 4220XX Do you know why they disabled this train?

Yes, trains with number 4120xx from Dorota to Idzikowice. I really liked this trains too, with Traxx it was great. Right now they are disabled due to problems with AI.

Yes, it can be tight, but there are some holes still in the timetable, as well. These 15-20 min. holes should be enough for the longest station-to-station distance. But yes, in the reality the freight trains have to wait more sometimes, if there are delays and therefore limited space between the trains.

But that's the challange in it (and the fun also), make right dispatcher decisions and solve it.

I think you are right. Only passenger trains makes dispatching quite boring to do, especially on the smaller stations. If the speed differences become to lardge, maybe the developers could consider adding more empty stock trains or single locomotive trains. Maybe they could plan these to and from the different workshops along the lines?
