I do not know if this is a bug or not, but as you can see in the first screenshot, the lever position is at "Full service" and I have only 24% of the braking force, although other players have 32% of the braking force in the same position. The second screenshot also shows in which position the lever stands, I have only 1%, while other players reach up to 5% with the same lever position I found only one person on YouTube with the same problem. What is the reason for this, or do I understand something wrong? Reinstalling the game also does not help solve the problem.
