Dąbrowa Górnicza Ząbkowice - Track 1 from DG Huta Katowice NP1M Left track arrivial button not working

NP1M "Allow left track" switch does not work. I checked all others and they all work beside this one. (All outbound "left switches" activate on left click and inbound ones activate on right click. This one activates on neither)
