Ability to create servers on your own PC capacities

I am a longtime fan and organizer of multiplayers in Trainz. Finally waited for a worthy replacement for this outdated game.
But I would like for such communities as we have a little more freedom on the route.
1. We need the ability to create your own server. (Perhaps on their own PC capacities).
2. We need freedom in managing the schedule and maneuvers. To be able to independently determine the direction and route of the train.

Can we expect something like this in the future?
