Bot dispatcher should announce the train will depart some time before (about 1 - 5 minutes) to give the player more time to set a route for a arriving train, when short distance between stations

Bot dispatcher should set a route for an incoming train in advance when short distance between stations. For example - the train is departing Katowice Zawodzie, but on the departure signal is "yellow light" every time due to Katowice bot dispatcher is setting route after the train occupied the track section. If the traffic situation allows, it will be better the bot dispatcher sets a route a few minutes earlier.
