CN-BX-3N
People always argue about the problem they had in dispatch. Some newcomers are not railfans, therefore, it's hard for them to understand the tutorial that is already written in the game. And some people really don't know what to do when faced with computers and panels. A long argument on this has been mentioned on the official discord. Currently, we have three opinions: 1. a local server for dispatch 2. a single-player dispatch mode 3. an independent tutorial to read before you enter the signal box So, I choose the last one. I revise the tutorial and made it a guidebook that focuses on only operation, without talking too much about the details, things, and signs. I'm majoring in English and preparing for linguistics study. We learn languages through hearing, repeating, and saying. I think the same might be true for games, when you repeat an operation many times, you can build some instinct to do that on your own. I advise you to download the PDF version and open it with your Kindle, pad, or cell phone. Enter a signal box, and check one step, do one step. Repeat it all the time. Eventually, you will learn how to dispatch. And thanks @giBBer8 and @Gazz292 for inspiring me to write this guidebook. Also thanks for the tutorial written by devs. ~Some corrections here~ Correct PZK explanation about the left-track operation: "Ideally, you'd direct the slower train onto the left track and let the faster train overtake on the right track. This way, the fast train doesn't need to slow down to 100 or 60 km/h for turnouts." from @Schinken235 SimRail Dispatch Tutorial Simplified.pdf Edited May 20, 2023 by CN-BX-3N Correct some mistakes 7
Schinken235
Small correction for left-track-operation: Ideally, you'd direct the slower train onto the left track and let the faster train overtake on the right track. This way, the fast train doesn't need to slow down to 100 or 60 km/h for turnouts.

So feel free to translate it into any language, change some contents for localization, or change the outfit of it if you like, as long as you figure out the original work is written by me.
