Grodzisk Mazowiecki two trains at opposite direction

Today at about 21h UTC after I logged into station Grodzisk Mazowiecki server EN1, I detect a bad situation. I thing, before me there was an AI dispatch.
Train 14139 was before signal P2, right direction and 3136, 4134 was before signal X to left direction.
