immersion in the simulation and update of the state of the line

I would like to propose a way to be able to make a different immersion in the game. Would it be possible for developers to modify line states? I mean, they could put speed limits after 2 days to remove it. Another example would be that a piece of the line was out of service and that it was forced to circulate in only one direction? with updates almost daily. It would be a very positive way to not find the line always the same and to be able to find surprises. What is your opinion?
