Lateral switches

Hi!

I've seen a picture of Grodzisk Mazowiecki on Discord; it's awesome, thanks to the devs!

But now let's talk about the bug. In the picture, shouldn't the following switches be set and locked (with a yellow line) on the + position?

36, 38, 40, 54, 62

Also, this comes from Discord; could it be that it was made from an unfinished version of Grodzisk?
