AI Dispatcher has problems at Lazy LA

After waiting for over 30min at Łazy Ła Signal E134m. The red signal dont want to change to green or yellow. In my time there was not a real dispatcher, so i guess that there is a AI that is not working well. I have tried ZEW1 and ZEW3.

Lokomotive: EU07 (+ Cargo Waggons)

Coming from Lazy LC and next stop is Lazy LA.

Maybe a possible "fix" is that Lazy LA is opened for everyone. 🤷‍♀️
