Gradients

It'd be good if there was gradient data shown on the HUD and a gradient profile available so we can learn where the ascent/descents on the route are. Thanks!

I didn't see this before suggesting the same thing.

Will certainly be essential if/when people start building routes with steeper inclines than the relatively flat default one.
