Opoczno Południe - Screen flicker

When looking at the panel every so often the screen flashes/flickers black either once or sometimes a few in quick succession

Spotted this issue more so since the March 2023 update but when driving, there are instances now where the screen will flicker black a few times and then go all on cab disco for about 10 seconds
