Unlocking more dispatch stations

Hello, I now have around 8-10 play hours in simrail, most of them as a dispatcher (+/-6h) the others either as multiplayer train diver or singleplayer (1-2h each). Now I wanted to try the other dispatch stations, but they are still locked with a time stamp behind the locked symbol (the lowest being 0.3h). My question now was, how do I unlock them, because I have already played 0,3h as a driver and as a dispatcher for sure. Thanks in advance for the help!

The time next to the padlock indicates how much longer you have to be dispatcher other stations to unlock it.

Push to talk, check your settings what button is selected for your push to talk. Also ensure you are on the correct radio channel (if you dont have automatic channel changing enabled)
