Any guides for dispatching and radio operation + the different railway rules?

Yes, I have no idea what to do. I had a train stopped at a red and everything on the dispatcher screen is in what looks like Polish.

Maybe a short YouTube video explaining how to operate dispatcher.

Yeah same. With trial and error I managed to complete a few train moves, but without a guide/tutorial it's impossible to play the dispatcher mode the way it's intended.

One would assume that  the buttons would be the same language as the  game. It's difficult enough without a tutorial, but  with the buttons in Polish it's just not playable.

Let's hope they see this thread and update it.

Im working on translating from polish to english and i will build something up if the devs dont beat me to it

Somebody said in another thread that they know about this and will come up with a solution in the next few days.
But any help is appreciated 🙂

I agree, there should be a dedicated guide from the beginning of the tests. Not everyone here knows how to control the devices in question with zero exposure to them....

What about the old school plot chart thing?

It's not even old-school and still gets used a lot, I know for a fact in Germany and Austria, but I assume that it's common pretty much everywhere. Quite a useful tool to have.

Upvote. Dispatcher needs localisation before full release if not before.

Even better an offline sandbox training module.

Unlike Simsig etc. you can't pause to work things out in a real time MP environment.

Currently it's like Vatsim throwing a rookie controller into Heathrow or JFK.

I speak Russian, and you won’t believe it, if you are even a little connected with railway simulators, everything is intuitive!

Although I would not refuse localization in Russian 🙂

I think there should be an offline dispatcher mode in general. I really love having a dispatching game where you actually get to experience the railway as well, but I don't always want to play multiplayer.

I was wondering about offline mode, but found out in the guide here...

https://www.riotbits.com/simrail-the-railway-simulator-complete-dispatching-guide-95431/

that Gora Wlodowska is AI trains only either side  (don't know if that will be the same in the full release or not...)

Quick skim of the guide linked above and I had things moving  (and lost most of my work lunchhour in the process, LOL)
