False 50 speed limit between Jezowka and Gajowka

After hectometer sign 15,1 going east after Jezowka there's what seems to be a false 50 km/h W8 speed limit sign that should've been showing 70 instead:

You meet a 70 km/h W27a speed limit sign at 14,0:

The 50 limit on the left side in the above screenshot has a corresponding W8 sign further back showing the correct speed.
