lDestinyl Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 (edited) I don't know if it's within the power of the development team, but I would very much welcome a second monitor (touch) MFD in the game. MFS2020 has done it brilliantly and simply. When you're trying to make the best driving experience possible, this would help a lot. 🙂 Example from MFS2020: My idea: Edited February 3, 2023 by lDestinyl 4
Gazz292 Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 Once we get the SDK's released, i imagine this will be one of the first things made with them, There's already the TCP port stuff in the system, "VD_Remote=tcp://127.0.0.1:51528"  so i imagine we just need to know what to send to SimRail over the TCP and how to read the data it returns, then we could do like TS-MFD has done for train simulator classic..... have multiple monitors, or android tablets or those i-thingies (which handilly have the touch screen bits included) connected to the main computer via wifi or usb, and display on them the in cab screens / gauges. lDestinyl Posted February 5, 2023 Author Posted February 5, 2023 Here, the game already supports it. It would not be bad to have these features officially.
