Improve dispatcher neighboring station's chat input

In Dispatcher mode, after opening the neighboring station's chat window, the first input field should be in focus (like train number). I should not have to click in it, and I should be able to move to the next field with tab button, and send it with enter.
I think this will facilitate the speed of communication at larger stations.
